In winter with alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking and in summer with hiking, climbing, glacier tours, running, mountain biking and paragliding.
The new three-story house Bettmerlodge, located in the Alpmatte district, is situated at the edge of the forest on a sunny southern slope – ideal for wonderful summer holidays.
The bright ground-floor apartment is tastefully furnished and features a dishwasher and washing machine.
Additionally, there are two terraces (facing south and west) with a flower meadow and a garden grill.
A path above the house leads to the nearby free pedestrian lift to the village center (Schräglift Alpmatten) and down towards the village of Betten.
The apartment serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the Aletsch hiking paradise, with its unique natural beauty, including the famous Aletsch Glacier.
Access to the chalet is via several short staircases that lead both up and down.
In winter, these staircases are cleared, but they may be partially covered in fresh snow.
The location of the chalet is somewhat secluded, which means that extra attention may be required for access.
