The apartment Noa No.3 is located on the first floor of the house and is ideal for families who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
It consists of a two double bedroom, a kitchen with dining room, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge with freezer, microwave and coffee maker.
The apartment has a free wireless Internet access, air conditioning, satellite TV, sheets and towels.
It also has a balcony with furniture.
Guests can use the large, fenced, communal garden where are located swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower and barbecue.

Villa Valtrazza is a complex consisting of three houses, and each house has three apartments, each of which is suitable for 2-6 persons. All apartments can use a common pool. Per each apartment is provided, a free parking spot. Guests will recive a passport valid for entry for holiday resort Lanterna. Town Tar-Torre is settled next to the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad. This is a fertile plateau, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the Mirna River. This location offers a spectacular view towards Novigrad in the north and Poreč in the south. On a lear, sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar bell tower even Venice. This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil. Experts have declared that the finest olive oil in Europe comes from these very parts, from Larun olive groves below Tar-Torre. In the summer months the place is filled with tourists all attracted by untouched nature and clear sea on the peninsula Lanterna, the famous tourist center with a lot of entertainment for visitors. The owners of Villa Valtrazza have a long tradition in tourism, agriculture, fishing and olive oil production.

Very good and authentic apartment. Extremely friendly owner. The communal facilities (pool and around) are perhaps a bit small if all apartments are occupied. Village is fun and has what you need. Very nice old towns like Porec and Novigrad at a distance. Mr. Van 't Hof, 06/16/2018 until 06/30/2018

Spacious, clean, well-maintained accommodation. Apartment was very nice, bed excellent, and the pool really delicious. To do things you often have to drive a bit, but there are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended! Ms. Bruins, 07/08/2018 until 07/15/2018

Valtrazza mit Pool ist sehr schön und befindet sich im Zentrum des Dorfes. Kein Problem mit dem Parkplatz, in der Nähe des Restaurants, 2 Minuten zu Fuß und 5 Minuten Fahrt zum Supermarkt. Der Pool und die Annehmlichkeiten sind genau wie beschrieben und wir hatten insgesamt eine gute Zeit. August 2019
