Beautiful apartment Danijela A1 is located on the island of Rab, only 200m from the beach.
Ideal for 2-3 persons.
This peculiar apartment has everything for your necessity; equipped kitchen, living room with SAT TV, heating, air conditioner, Wi-Fi access, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, water kettle, refrigerator and coffee machine.
You also have access to your own terrace with sea view.
In the shared garden, you can spend your time using the BBQ grill, shared swimming in the pool or playing table tennis.
In the garden is also a swing set for children.
Private parking guaranteed! Barbat is a place in the southwestern part of the island of Rab. It is well known for its rich fishing tradition, numerous restaurants offering local specialties in addition to local wines.
Barbat is also a small paradise for boaters who very often find a peaceful port in this small town and enjoy all the beauty of nature. Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

It's a nice starting place to discover Porec and Istrija. The beach and different restaurants are close and can be reached by foot. The hosts are very kind and supportive. We enjoyed our stay there. August 2023. .

The apartment is very modern and clean. You can look out the window into the valley and the whirlpool in the inner courtyard is a highlight. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend the apartment directly.
