Sea Scapes is a fabulous contemporary one-bedroom apartment with open plan living dining and kitchen with sea views and on-site parking. This spacious dog friendly apartment also benefits from an outside patio area with seating to relax after a day on the beach or to explore the night’s sky with the telescope.
The lounge area has a cosy sofa (which can be a sofa bed to accommodate an additional two people) with two extra easy chairs and far-reaching sea views. There is a TV with a Now TV package.
The kitchen diner area features a modern high gloss kitchen with a built-in washing machine and slimline dishwasher.
There is an electric oven with induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The dining area has a table and chairs with seating for four. The large bedroom features a zip and link bed which can be configured as a super king size bed or two single beds and has plenty of storage space.
The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin, WC and mood lighting. Outside there is a raised patio area with table and chairs to maximise the sea views, perfect for your morning coffee, glass of prosecco or a gin and tonic. There is also the added benefit of a shared separate sink and shower located to the side of the main entrance. Perfect to wash the sand off after a relaxing day on the beach. At A Glance Gas Central Heating/Underfloor Heating Baby Equipment Provided – Booster Seat for 3 Years and Up Two Well Behaved Dogs are Welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies unattended or allowed on any furniture.
Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home. Was much bugger than expected and lovely spacious feel to the apartment, decoration and everything in their was lovely, nice soft towels and bed linen, smelt lovely. Lots of handy essentials left in there also. Fab location up from
porthminster beach and railway but just a word of warning is steep hills and steps to get back up incase have elderly family with you. Would 100% recomend

This apartment is in a great location for St Ives town, although there are lots of steps as the property is on a hill. Nevertheless, my husband and I were not fazed by this and it also meant we had a lovely view of the sea and the bay. The apartment was also warm and very comfortable with everything we needed for a week away.
