Little Gem is a two-bedroom, top floor apartment within a beautiful Victorian house with the added benefit of off-site parking.
The apartment has views out across the Harbour, continuing out to sea and across the Atlantic Ocean, an ever-changing scene throughout the year.
The apartment is in an ideal location to stroll down into the town and sample the delights of the St Ives art scene, beaches, independent shops and award-winning restaurants. The living, dining and kitchen areas are open plan, with the living area offering comfortable seating, a Smart TV with DVD player and Velux Cabrio viewing balcony to take advantage of the vistas.
The high gloss kitchen incorporates a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and electric oven and hob. The dining table comfortably seats up to four guests. The master bedroom is bright with a double bed and Smart TV with DVD player.
The second bedroom has bunk beds and is ideal for two children.

The Little Gem is a lovely location with a great view of the sea and St Ives. Having a coffee in the morning with that incredible view was surely one of the highlights of our stay.The location is great – it’s just a short walk to the beach and to the harbour with lots of great restaurants and pubs. ...
