Situated on the ground floor, this lovely apartment is fully air conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a generous sized terrace with seating and sun beds.
The complex is located on the beachfront and has a communal swimming pool, communal sauna, 24 hour security, underground parking and is just a short walk to either Duquesa´s marina or the small village of Castillo, both of which have plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The view is great and the area is lovely. Beautiful sunrises.
The photos make it look as if the terrace is sunny it is only partly sunny until midday.
This makes the apartment quite cold in February but would be good in the hot sun.
The accommodation itself was excellent but the cleanliness could have been better, we found paperwork from October 18 under the sofa among lots of crumbs & dust.

I loved the location, the decor, it was very well equipped in all rooms. There was plenty of wardrobe space.

We wanted to have some early golfing time, to take off all the layers of clothing needed at home in the cold emerald isle, but the Spanish weather changed our options. However the location provided other ways to enjoy our break. Apartment really nicely fitted out. Maybe more than needed for two people.
