The main floor (middle floor) features a large lounge with TV, sofas, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies.
There are also a welcoming twin bedroom and a family shower room on this floor.
Stairs lead respectively up to the upper floor and down to the garden level.
The upper floor, airy and spacious, comprises 2 bedrooms (one double with sea facing balcony and one twin), a family bathroom with bathtub and a sitting area with a sofa bed (for the 11th guest, if required).
The lower floor, which also provides direct access to the gardens, features an additional, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area, 2 bedrooms (one double, one with twin beds) and a family shower room.
The interiors of Villa Karteros are particularly spacious and welcoming, traditionally furnished yet functional, ideal for large families or groups of friends.

Positiv fanden wir: sehr großes, geräumiges Haus, teilweise mit altem Charme, schöner Garten, viele nette Sitzplätze, sehr schöner und auch gepflegter Pool. Balkone mit viel Platz und sehr schön zum Sitzen.
Lage zum Flughafen: 10 Minuten per Taxi, Lage zum sehr netten Strand: 15 min zu Fuß. Zur Bssh...
