Perfectly located just outside the famous seaside resorts of Alikes and Alikanas, the villa can sleep up to 11 guests in classy, stylish interiors (totally renovated) and is surrounded by extensive gardens with a newly added private swimming pool.

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors, has beautiful terraces and has been totally renovated to offer an unbeatable holiday experience.

On the upper floor (reached via an external staircase) there are 2 further air-conditioned bedrooms, respectively a double and a twin, sharing a family bathroom with bathtub.
On the upper floor there is also a useful lounge with a sofa-bed perfect for welcoming the 11th guest as well as a kitchenette.
The whole property (bedrooms and common areas) is air-conditioned.
Large terraces offer beautiful views over the gardens and the swimming pool.
The terraces are shaded and provided with side covers to be enjoyed even during the beginning or end of season.
