A holiday home in an annexe of the owners’ Breton manor house.

Bedroom 2 : 3 single beds (1 x 80cm, 2 x 90cm).

Parking area in large communal courtyard shared with the owners.
The outside is currently being laid out (patio in the courtyard in front of the gite and large lawned garden with play equipment to the rear, shared with the owners). This gite is in an unusual, historic setting in the courtyard of the 15th century, listed Manoir de la Ville Daniel.
The owners have converted and furnished the house in keeping with its architecture, to preserve the character and atmosphere of the building.
The property is ideal for a family holiday near the bustling character village of Quintin, 10km from Saint-Brieuc and 20km from beaches.
Plenty of country walks nearby including one to the Chaos du Gouët, a fascinating and mysterious place.
