Flat, ground floor, in an old carriage house, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, completely renovated in the year 2014, excellent typical Tuscan finishes.
There are two other flats in the building, one of which is inhabited by the owners.
The flat of 65, located on the ground floor, has a large, fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, fridge, freezer, various cooking utensils), a large and bright double bedroom, a comfortable small bedroom with a French bed and a spacious living room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2.
There is satellite TV in the living room. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. The price includes sheets, blankets and bath towels.
There is an outdoor terrace equipped with a gazebo and a table and barbecue, and a large, fully enclosed garden.
Exclusive use of the garden is also available for the portion pertaining to the flat (approx. 300 sqm).
Possibility of parking, included in the price.
Pets welcome.
A cot for children under 5 years of age and a high chair are available free of charge.
The flat is part of a certified organic farm, where oil and cereals are produced. about 200 metres away there is a river for bathing.
The most beaches are about 15 km away, Marina di Cecina and Bibbona
