Villa Mici is on three floors and it is completed by a cosy outbuilding.
The interior is characterized by wooden beams, walls in stone, and tile and wood floors.
All rooms are furnished with authentic furniture and rustic-style details. The ground floor, provided with air-conditioning, is composed of a spacious living room with satellite TV and fireplace, a kitchen equipped with electric oven, natural gas oven with baking stone (provided with the necessary equipment for cooking pizza), microwave, fridge, dishwasher and two sinks (a steel one and a stone one), pantry, dining room with a table that can comfortably accommodate 10/12 people, a big fireplace and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is composed of: – a double bedroom with terrace and a loft with wardrobe; – a wide bathroom with shower (usable as steam bath) and relaxation lounge; – a triple bedroom composed of a double bed and a single bed on the loft; – an open space area with a single bed and access to the terrace; – a bathroom with shower. The second attic floor is composed of: – a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; – an open space area with a single bed. The bedrooms on the first and second floor are equipped with air-conditioning. Outside there is a porch equipped with table and chairs with view on the garden and on the pool. The outbuilding, placed next to the villa, is provided with air-conditioning and houses: – a dining room-kitchen with a single bed; – a double bedroom; – a bedroom with two single beds; – a bathroom with shower. Outside it is provided with a pergola equipped with table and chairs. The owners make available to their guests the products of their garden. The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air-conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance. The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival): final cleaning € 180,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating on consumption (natural gas, with prices in effect at the time of stay); extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 0,50 per person per night, for a maximum of 14 nights (children under 3 years old exempted). Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00 Extra services on request (fee-paying service): laundry service, babysitting, massages, mountain bike, e-bike tours, swimming lessons, sailing boat rides. Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m. Pool open from 1st May to 15th September (depending on weather conditions).
