Villa del Cucco is a cosy country house renovated with care, situated in the hills of the Val Metauro near Fossombrone, in the province of Pesaro e Urbino, in the Marche region.
The villa is placed in a panoramic position, with a wonderful view of the valley with hills covered by olive tree groves, vineyards and wheat fields.
From here you can easily reach famous cultural destinations of this area: Fossombrone, an ancient town of Roman origin, is 10 km from the villa; Fano, a tourist destination of also Roman origin, is 30 km from the villa and Urbino, a city of the Renaissance UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 30 km from the villa.
In the surrounding area there are also renowned historic towns such as Mondavio, Gradara, Corinaldo, Pergola, Acqualagna and Cagli, where you can discover suggestive landscapes and ancient traditions related to history and local food and wine.
With about a 30 minute drive you can reach the beaches of Fano, a seaside resort with fine restaurants where you can taste delicious seafood dishes.
Along the coast also to visit Senigallia, Pesaro, Rimini and Sirolo and Numana in the Riviera del Conero.
A few kilometres from the villa there is also the Nature Reserve of the Furlo Gorge, a protected area with many hiking trails on Mount Pietralata and Mount Paganuccio.
The villa is surrounded by a green meadow and olive trees, nestled in the neighbouring countryside.
The pool is set in a panoramic position with view of the whole valley and is equipped with loungers and parasols.
A lovely and wide porch is equipped with sofas, table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining and spending relaxing moments in the quiet of nature.
At guests' disposal also a table tennis and a barbecue.
For cars there is a parking lot on the front of the villa.
Villa del Cucco can accommodate up to 10 people.
The rooms are cosy and comfortable, furnished with care in a country chic style.
The upper floor is composed of a living room with sofas and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker and a dining area.
Also on this floor there are: – 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower; – 1 bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The villa is provided with air-conditioning and insect screens on windows.
On request it’s possible to add up to 2 sofa bed pouf in the bedrooms.
The ground floor of the villa is used as storehouse by the owner, it is therefore not accessible to guests.
Guests have exclusive use of the villa and pool.
At guests’ disposal a wide porch equipped with sofas, table and chairs with a panoramic view of the valley.
The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.
The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival): final cleaning € 100,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; air-conditioning on request € 70,00 per week; heating consumption; firewood (kg.100) € 20,00; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 300,00 Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m.

Magnifique maison rénovée avec grande piscine. Propriété très propre et bien entretenue.
Maison isolée (mauvaise route d'accès), calme avec vue imprenable.
Chaque chambre a sa salle de bains.
Séjour très agréable. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil très chaleureux.

Ideale x grandi passeggiate e trekking.
Consiglio però un recinto x gli animali dove possano girare tranquillamente e una piscina che contornerebbe una splendida vacanza.
