The house is located in a quiet part of Rovinj. At the same time, you can quickly reach the centre and the beaches.
Guests have at their disposal a beautiful garden (approx. 65 square metres), which is completely enclosed. Here you can have a coffee, eat or simply sunbathe. Private parking is very practical, as it is almost impossible to park a car in the centre of Rovinj.
The comfortable holiday flat measures approximately 100 square metres and is located on the ground floor of a two-storey residential building. It consists of a spacious living room (25 square metres), two double bedrooms (13 and 16 square metres), a bathroom (7.5 square metres) and a large, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (190 x 200 cm and 200 x 200 cm), one of which also has a cot (120 x 70 cm). A sofa bed (160 x 190 cm) provides additional sleeping space. All rooms can be heated. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and all additional costs are already included in the rental price. WLAN can be used free of charge. There is air conditioning (Daikin A/C) in the living room.
The centre and the beaches are only a ten-minute walk away. If you like cycling, as our guest you will get a ten per cent discount at the adjacent bicycle rental shop. The nearest large supermarket is only 100 metres away or a two-minute walk. There is also a bakery, café and everything you need, so there is no need to go shopping elsewhere. A few metres from the house is a pizzeria with excellent value for money, followed by another one 50 metres away and so on.

Die Lage und Größe, Parkplatz vorhanden, Ausstattung durchaus zweckmäßig, funktionell + sauber, eine Weiterempfehlung mit kleinen Abstrichen!
Beim Check in Vermieterin nicht anwesend, nur die Mama und die hat nichts erklärt (Funktionen Schalter, Warmwasseraufbereitung) LG-TV alt, nicht zeitgemäß, Funktion wird zur Schnitzeljagd, keine Erklärung zum Gasherd (nicht ganz ungefährlich),
insgesamt ein Haus mit alter Bausubstanz, das merkt man ...

Die FeWo liegt perfekt. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen: das Café für den morgendlichen Cappuchino, der Bäcker und der Supermarkt für das leibliche Wohl, der saubere Strand für die Erholung und die wunderbare Altstadt für das kulturelle Programm.

Top Ausstattung, sehr sauber, nette Vermieter. Rovinj ist zu Fuß in 15 min erreichbar, der nächstgelegene Strand in 10 min Fußweg. Weitere sehr schöne Strände sind leicht mit dem Rad erreichbar.
