Three holiday houses in a typical Breton stone house, with a private terrace and a shared garden, only about 500 metres from the beach
The three terraced houses are in a converted, typical Breton stone house on an enclosed site in the quiet town of Guidel-Plages. It borders on Morbihan and the Fiistère. The town of Guidel has received an award for the quality of its beaches.
All three terraced houses measure about 57m² and can accommodate four people on two floors. They consist of a spacious living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate WC. The old stone walls have been restored and integrated into the renovation. You can make yourselves comfortable in the spacious living room with a dining table, in front of the TV or looking out onto the terrace. The adjoining open kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, mini oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. The living room has some steps up to the second floor with the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide, the second has two single beds 90cm wide,. The bathroom and the toilet are on the same level as the living room. All the rooms have electric radiators. A cot can be provided on request.
The living room opens onto the sunny, private, south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a grill. You can share use of the shaded garden with a swing. You can park your car on site, with a space reserved for each house.
The house has been awarded the first prize by the town of Guidel for Houses with Flowers 2013/2014, in the category of holiday houses.
Guidel-Plage is the right place for a relaxing holiday. The beach is not far away (about 500 metres) and guests will be impressed by the varied landscape: dunes, sandy beach, streams, hiking trails. There are leisure activities for everyone, from surfing, kite surfing, sailing and kayaking, to hiking (GR 34 walking path) and cycling. Guidel about 3km away has various everyday shops, as well as restaurants and bars. A market is held there on Sunday mornings. The town of Lorient is about 15km away, Pont-Aven about 30km, Concarneau about 45km and Quimper about 59km. Locronan, the second most beautiful village in France in 2013, is about 70km from Guidel.
