The holiday apartments are part of an apartment house just a short walk from the centre of Castiglione di Pescaia.
The house comprises a total of six apartments, of which two are available for guests: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The owners live 4km away from the apartment and are available around the clock.
The lovely beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia are 600 metres away, the pedestrian zone in the centre 500 metres away.
