House in a quiet location, with two holiday apartments on the upper floor
There are two apartments for holiday guests on the upper floor of this house in a quiet location in the Baltic seaside town of Binz, about a 15-mintue walk from the fine sandy beach.
The site has a sitting corner for relaxing. You can store your own or hired bicycles in a sheltered bicycle shed. The rental price includes a first set of bed linen and towels. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and pets are not allowed. Each apartment has a parking space.
You can explore the island directly along the cycling path just 30 metres away, in various directions, and experience nature close-up. Or you can set off with the Rasender Roland narrow-gauge train, from the train station just 200 metres away, and can also take bicycles with you. The train station also has a stop for the Böderbahn, which resort card holders can use free of charge for getting into town. The nearest shopping facilties are about 400 metres away.
