The holiday flat is part of a private villa, only 900 metres from the centre of Diano Marina.
The terrace is approximately 30 m² and offers a wonderful view of the sea. It is equipped with awnings, sunshade, table and chairs and sun loungers. The flat includes a reserved parking space, located 20 metres away.
The entrance door leads directly to the living room, which has a large French window giving access to the sun terrace. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two persons (160x180cm) and a table with chairs. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with a double bed (180x190cm), the bathroom with shower and bidet and the small kitchen with dishwasher, five-burner gas hob and a large refrigerator.
The centre of the village can be reached via the Aurelia road. To reach the sea you can use either the car or the bus (1 km). You can also take a path through the pine forest (10 minutes on foot), but it is not suitable for pushchairs.
