The holiday apartment is part of a private villa just 900 metres from the centre of Diano Marina.
The Aurelia national road leads to the centre of the locality. You can get to the sea by car or by bus (1km). You can also take a ten-minute walk through a pine grove, although it is not suitable for prams.
The entrance door leads directly into the living room with a large terrace door, providing access to the sun terrace. The living room has a sofa bed for two people (160 x 180cm) and a table with chairs. A small hallway leads into the bedroom with a double bed (180 x 190cm), the bathroom with a shower and bidet, and a small kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove with five rings and a large fridge. The terrace of around 30m² affords a wonderful view of the sea. It is equipped with awnings, a parasol, a table, chairs and sun loungers. The apartment has a reserved parking space 20 metres away.
