The Aurelia national road leads to the centre of the locality. You can get to the sea by car or by bus (1km). You can also take a ten-minute walk through a pine grove, although it is not suitable for prams.

The entrance door leads directly into the living room with a large terrace door, providing access to the sun terrace. The living room has a sofa bed for two people (160 x 180cm) and a table with chairs. A small hallway leads into the bedroom with a double bed (180 x 190cm), the bathroom with a shower and bidet, and a small kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove with five rings and a large fridge.
