The house is located on the ground floor and is of recent construction; it is surrounded by greenery in an area of land just over a hectare in size, where a large garden with fruit trees and ornamental plants, a grove, and the proximity to the sea, tourist-sports centres and the town centre make for an enchanting stay. It can accommodate up to 4 persons and consists of a bedroom, a living-bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, outdoor spaces for outdoor dining and living, and a garden.
