Guesthouse with small but attractive apartments, just 600 metres from the Bansin beach, with a breakfast buffet (payable), dogs allowed
This small guesthouse is just 600 metres from the Bansin beach. The apartments are suitable for two to four guests.
The Bansin seaside town is in the north-east of the second-largest German island, Usedom. The three seaside towns of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are connected by the longest promenade on the German Baltic sea coast. You can admire the lovely turn-of-the-century seaside architecture as you stroll along the promenade. Bansin also has a little train station and there are rail connections to every part of the island every 30 minutes. Highlights to discover include the Hans-Werner-Richter House, the pier and the seaside architecture.

The small 2-room flat is located in a house with 6 holiday flats on the ground floor. The flat is located in the upper Seestr. in 17429 Seebad Bansin.
In the outdoor area there is a seating area which is often and gladly used
Your holiday accommodation has a bedroom, living room, pantry kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and two single beds (0.80m x 1.90m). You can store the clothes you have brought with you in the wardrobe. Take a seat at the dining table with two chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, coffee machine, fridge, toaster and kettle. A TV with satellite connection awaits you in the cosy living room corner. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. There is central heating. You are welcome to use the communal coin-operated washing machine or tumble dryer. You can easily park your car in a parking space in the courtyard. A communal pavilion is available for you to enjoy the outdoors. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you, but they must be kept on a lead. There is a wooded area nearby where your dog can let off steam
The front of Haus Anna is on Seestraße, at the back are the car parking spaces and the Fischerweg. The forest is 30 metres away as the crow flies, the Baltic Sea approx. 850 metres.
The flat has been newly renovated. You are welcome to use our in-house fitness studio after personal instruction.
