The terraced house is located in a green complex of 14 terraced holiday homes and residential groups of 3 houses with 4 residential units and one house with 2 residential units on Störtebeker Landstraße between the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel and the beautiful village of Dornum with its moated castle and convenient shopping facilities (three supermarkets, e.g. Aldi, are 2 km away) with an unobstructed view of the dyke, which can be reached in just a few minutes.

The individual houses are separated by a hedge of Tuja trees and the entire complex is protected by a rose hedge. Each terraced house has its own terrace and a lawn of varying sizes. The house is fully clinkered, built in frieze style, has underfloor heating and, as it was built with high-quality materials, offers plenty of living quality for 4-5 people. A cot and a high chair are included in the furnishings.

Please note that there are three beds in the attic, which can only be reached via a narrow "chicken ladder".
