The apartment is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood up on the hill only 1 km from the closest beach/restaurant/supermarkets/ATM's and everything that you need. Thanks to this great location with only private houses around and a forest behind the house you can enjoy in your peaceful vacation and fresh nights even during the summer and still you are only 1km(less then 5 minutes with a car) from beach/restaurant etc.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. And the pool in the backyard of the house is surrounded with deckchairs and a fireplace with table/chairs. The pool is for usage of both holiday apartments that are in the house.

The apartment is on the second floor of the two-storey private house with two holiday apartments, each with a separate entrance.

There are only the two holiday apartments, noone is staying on the ground floor. So the only thing you share with the guests staying in the other holiday apartment is the pool in the backyard.

The apartment has 44m2: living room with a pull out sofa bed for 2, kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with a double bed for two-1.80 width; two bathrooms -one is with a bath tub.

The beach is only 1km away. The area is great because there are lots of restaurants near the sea where you can enjoy and you only have 5 min to get there with the car. Center of Split with a beautiful Diocletian palace to explore is only 15 min away with a car. River Zrnovnica where you can enjoy walking is also only 1km from the apartment.
