This charming holiday house is in a little fishing village by the Rance.
The house, which was renovated in january 2017, has 110m² of living space on two floors. The ground floor has a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a WC, and one of three bedrooms. The upper floor has the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom with a WC. All the bedrooms have a bed 140cm wide. An additional bed (also 140cm wide) can be added to the larger bedroom on the upper floor. All the bedrooms have electric radiators and you can also use the fireplace for heating. The whole house has wireless Internet access. A washing machine (12kg) and a dryer (8kg) are available, as well as a dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment, oven and microwave. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. There is also a collection of books.
The big outdoor area (1500m²) is for your own private use. It comprises a big garden that is completely enclosed, a courtyard and two car parking spaces. There are two garden tables with seating, several deckchairs and a grill.
The nearest places to swim and shop are only about 3km away. It is also not far to the sea. If you enjoy riding, fishing, water sports, tennis or golf, then you can pursue these close to the holiday house.
