The charmingly furnished 61m² non-smoking two-room holiday apartment (smoking only on the balcony) is in a quiet and well-presented house in a lovely green location. It is suitable for 2-4 people, perhaps with a child (up to 6 years old in bed provided, free of charge). Bed linen and towels are included, as well as Wi-Fi access. The light living room has a modern cupboard wall, a flatscreen TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, a table and a large suite, as well as a sleeping corner with a double sofa bed for the third and fourth person. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a mirror and a children’s sofa (cot or junior bed). The kitchen with white furniture is light and inviting and is fully-equipped with plenty of crockery, a four-ring electric hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, egg boiler, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment etc. The dining corner with a round table and four chairs is opposite the kitchen. The bathroom with a window, bath, shower and a separate WC has white tiles. In addition to the filter coffee machine, there is also a Cafissimo coffee machine, with capsules available at Tchibo.

There are parking spaces on the opposite side of the road. There is a balcony with a fabulous view into the Saaletal towards the Salinenpromenade. Pets are not allowed. If you arrive by train, we can collect you from the train station on agreement. Luggage can be sent in advance to the address.

Bad Kissingen is one of the most well-known spa towns in Germany, already very popular since the 19th century among kings and princes. A stroll through the Kurgarten and Rosengarten is to be recommended, as well as the town with its old buildings. Bad Kissingen has very nice baths for relaxation and leisure, as well as a modern cinema and a lovely theatre for entertainment. If you are in the mood for music, Bad Kissingen is also known for its “Kissinger Sommer” and “Kissinger Winter”. During this time there are many special kinds of event, from music to theatre, classical to modern. Everyday shops are within convenient walking distance. It is about a three-minute walk to the pedestrian zone and six minutes to the spa facilities. You can get to the Kissalis-Therme conveniently and free by municipal bus. The main bus stop for the municipal buses, Berliner Platz, is only a two-minute walk from the apartment.
