The charming holiday flat is located on the second and top floor of a private villa, situated on the Capo Berta hill.
The kitchen-living room and the bedroom offer access through large French windows to a magnificent terrace with sea view, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and awnings. The flat also has a private parking space.
The entrance leads to the bathroom with shower and bidet, the bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m wide) and the kitchen-living room. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the living area has a sofa bed for two persons (2 x 80 cm mattresses). The flat is very well furnished and offers a wonderful sea view.
The bus line to the centre departs only a few metres from the flat. The beaches can be reached in only 10 minutes on foot along a path through the pine forest.
