The ground floor holiday flat is located in a semidetached home, built in 1900 in the centre of Villers-sur-Mer, across from the church and only 200 meters from the beach.
The apartment has a large patio with outdoor furniture, which can be accesses from the living room; additionally, there is a 70 m² inner courtyard that is used solely by the residents of this apartment. Parking is available on a large public parking area behind the house or street side in the neighbourhood.
The 63 m² apartment was renovated in 2016 and has been tastefully furnished. It offers a 20 m² living room with a dining table, an open plan, fully loaded kitchen, two bedrooms (one is a walk-through room), a large hallway with a sofa bed for two (2 x 80 cm ), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom, as well as a separate guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm double bed, the walk-through room houses two 80 cm single beds. All rooms are equipped with electric heating.
