Flat 4 - 6 Persons 3 Rooms: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed (2 single beds), 1 dining room with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, 3 terraces. Living space: 54 sq m. Built in 1926, last renovated in 2004.
Second floor flat of the villa, approx. 54 sqm, consists of the following rooms: an air-conditioned living/dining room, flat-screen TV and a sofa bed for two persons; a bedroom (next to the living room) with a double bed and a large fan; a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of plates and glasses, milk cups, tea, coffee, plenty of cutlery, table cloths, pots and pans and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board. A second bedroom with two bunk beds and a fan. Lastly, two bathrooms with shower and bidet; in one there is also a washing machine. The flat is heated by an autonomous methane gas system and cooled by an air-conditioner located in the dining room, which is the central room of the flat. The house is very ventilated but, if it is 40 degrees outside, you lock yourself in and turn on the air-conditioner.
From the dining room you have access to the first level terrace with gazebo, outdoor dining table, bench, armchairs, recliner, outdoor chairs, barbacue, From this terrace you have access, via a rather steep iron staircase, to the second terrace with a wonderful view over the entire gulf of Mondello, shower, deckchairs, outdoor table, sunshade.
