The holiday home for four people is located in Krummin, one of the oldest villages on the island of Usedom. It is located on the quiet and listed old village street and is part of the lovingly restored village idyll. Neighbouring buildings are thatched holiday and residential houses. The Achterwasser, a lagoon of the Peenestrom, which flows into the Baltic Sea, is just 200 metres away.
The garden and terrace are for the exclusive use of the tenants. On the sun terrace, from which you have a view of the church tower of Krummin, there is a large table with six cosy garden chairs (you will find them in the utility room). If you need firewood, please take it from the shelf next door if you run out in the living room. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs. On one side you have a view of a thatched cottage, on the other of the neighbour's beautiful farm garden. There are two parking spaces available, which can be additionally secured by locking the gate.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom with toilet and the utility room, which also houses a washing machine. From the living room you have a view of the garden and access to the terrace. The living room, which has a sofa bed, a living room table and two armchairs, is equipped with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player and a small collection of books (crime novels, tourist information from the region, cookery books). The oak dining table with seating for six is located in the passage to the kitchen. The neighbouring kitchen is fully equipped with branded appliances (dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven, toaster, coffee machine, fridge) and all the kitchen utensils you need for convenient cooking and baking. The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a brightly lit and spacious mirror cabinet with a hairdryer. You will also find a chest of drawers with fresh towels for free use. The entire basement has underfloor heating. On the first floor, which can be reached via a small spiral staircase, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with double beds. There is also at least one small toilet. On arrival, both bedrooms have freshly made double beds, each measuring 1.6 metres in width. There are also small bedside tables with lamps on each side as well as free chests of drawers and wardrobes. The wooden beamed ceilings at the top and bottom of the house are particularly attractive. All rooms are heated.
The house is centrally located in Krummin. The church of St. Michaelis is 150 metres away and the natural harbour 200 metres. There are two excellent garden cafés 100 metres away. In Zinnowitz, 8 km away, which is very easy to reach by bike, you can discover the Ostseetherme with swimming pool and sauna or the well-known theatre. Amenities, doctors and shopping facilities can be found 6 km away in Trassenheide and 6 km away in Wolgast. Baltic Sea beaches can be reached within 6 km in Karlshagen, Zinnowitz or Trassenheide.
The rotary dryer in the garden is recommended for drying clothes. A high chair is available for small children. The holiday home has fast glass fibre
