Charming agriturismo with a shared pool, a small chapel and panoramic views

The old, completely renovated, 17th-century villa of this agriturismo is located on the rolling, green hills of Pesaro, amidst olive groves, fields, pine forests, oaks and laurels, and affords a beautiful view of the magnificent surroundings.

What were once the hay barn, the stables, the tower and the residential house of the farm were converted into cosy holiday apartments in 2009, where you can spend a relaxing nature or beach holiday. Guests feel very much at home due to the original architectural features, with exposed ceiling beams, floors with clay tiles, and uneven walls.

On the site, apart from the main building, there is an annex and even a small chapel. A particularly attractive feature for holiday-makers is the pool, which even has a small hydro-massage area and several sun loungers and lounge furniture on the surrounding lawn.

The town of Pesaro is about 2.5km away, and the sea is only around 7km away. The agriturismo therefore enables you to combine a seaside holiday with a cultural holiday, owing to its proximity to places of cultural and historical interest, such as Urbino, Gradara, Fano or San Leo.

The studio apartment is housed in a restored 18th-century farmhouse: Il Pignocco Country House. It is located in the hills, 5 km from the historic centre of Pesaro and the sea. It offers a holiday between the sea and the Pesaro Urbino countryside, near places of historical and cultural interest in the Marche region.

The studio is on the ground floor with an independent entrance and space for outdoor dining.It offers a large garden with a grove of pines, cypresses, laurels and spontaneous vegetation, a summer table and private chairs for outdoor lunches or dinners, an exclusive swimming pool for guests of the cottage, immersed in a centuries-old olive grove with deckchairs and sunbeds, barbecue, deckchairs for relaxing.

The studio is lit by 4 windows and faces directly onto the garden, with table and chairs for a summer dinner in the open air, or some relaxation. The cream colour of the kitchen is set off by the dark wood colour of the old salvaged cupboard and the dark wood dining table. The coordinated fabrics of the curtains and bedspread, together with the dark red velvet armchairs, add elegance to the rustic original terracotta floor.The private bathroom is suitable for the disabled with shower, wooden footboard and water-repellent cotton curtain (no bidet)In the flat you will find independent air conditioning and heating. Wi-Fi is free of charge.

The farmhouse was bought by my grandfather in 1952 and was our country house until my father decided to restore it and make holiday flats out of it.
