Charming agriturismo with a shared pool, a small chapel and panoramic views
The old, completely renovated, 17th-century villa of this agriturismo is located on the rolling, green hills of Pesaro, amidst olive groves, fields, pine forests, oaks and laurels, and affords a beautiful view of the magnificent surroundings.
What were once the hay barn, the stables, the tower and the residential house of the farm were converted into cosy holiday apartments in 2009, where you can spend a relaxing nature or beach holiday. Guests feel very much at home due to the original architectural features, with exposed ceiling beams, floors with clay tiles, and uneven walls.
On the site, apart from the main building, there is an annex and even a small chapel. A particularly attractive feature for holiday-makers is the pool, which even has a small hydro-massage area and several sun loungers and lounge furniture on the surrounding lawn.
The owners will welcome you very cordially and will be happy to provide you with advice and information about the area.
The town of Pesaro is about 2.5km away, and the sea is only around 7km away. The agriturismo therefore enables you to combine a seaside holiday with a cultural holiday, owing to its proximity to places of cultural and historical interest, such as Urbino, Gradara, Fano or San Leo.
The flat is housed in the glass tower of a restored 18th-century farmhouse: Il Pignocco Country House. It is located in the countryside and offers a holiday between the sea and the hills of Pesaro Urbino, near places of historical and cultural interest in the Marche region.
The flat, measuring approximately 37 m2, is located inside the tower that rises above the farmhouse and consists of four floors. A cast-iron spiral staircase connects the floors of the tower and ascends to the roof: a real gem! It offers:-Kitchen and sitting room on the first floor-Bathroom with tub on the second floor-Double bedroom, surrounded by glass windows and ideal as a romantic getaway on the third floor. Blackout curtains will allow you to sleep in the darkness, but at your leisure you can open the curtains to feel like you're floating in the starry sky.-Private terrace on the roof of the tower, on the fourth floor. Here you will find a small table and deckchairs to enjoy the landscape of the countryside, the view of Pesaro and the Adriatic Sea on the horizon -Air conditioning and heating-Wi-Fi -Silent and familiar environment-Night silence-Optional breakfast on reservation-Tourist Information Point-Assistance from us, the owners, discreetly present in the structure
In the garden you will find an outdoor summer swimming pool with sun loungers, a barbecue, tables and chairs. The garden and pool are for the exclusive use of guests staying at the Pignocco Country House.
There is free, unattended parking inside the property. The use of a car is recommended as the flat is located at the top of a hill. The distance from the centre of Pesaro and all services is about 5 minutes by car.
