This exclusive holiday villa is nestled in the hilly landscape above the long beach and romantic harbor of the town of Podstrana, along the blue Adriatic coast in sunny southern Croatia. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in idyllic surroundings and with plenty of privacy. This fenced, recently built (2010) holiday villa offers panoramic sea views from its private pool, which can be illuminated at night, with an outdoor shower, and an in-house fitness and games room with a pool table. Please note: the pool is only available from June 15th to September 15th.
The bedroom on the top floor has access to a large sunny balcony, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the hilly landscape to the sea. And downstairs in the outdoor area, you can relax on one of the sun loungers around your private pool and enjoy the same sea views. Since the pool is illuminated at night, you can still swim laps under the starry sky even late into the evening. The more active vacationers among you can let off steam on the spacious terrace, which is equipped with fitness equipment (exercise bike, press bench, dumbbells and weights, and even a kickboxing punching bag). Afterwards, you can gather for a long barbecue evening to recharge your batteries. A car is recommended during your stay; you can use the secure parking spaces directly in front of your vacation villa.
The three-story vacation villa was recently built in 2010 and renovated again in 2012. It is modern and generously equipped for a comfortable stay. The 95 m² living space offers a bright living and dining area with an integrated, open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a state-of-the-art bathroom with natural light, and a fitness/games room. On the ground floor, you'll find the air-conditioned (heating and cooling) living area with a large corner sofa, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a cast-iron fireplace for cozy warmth on cooler evenings. A safe is also provided for storing your valuables. The dining area, with a table and four chairs, is separated from the living area by a half-height wall. Right next to it, the wood-colored fitted kitchen features only the latest appliances: a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with an elegant stainless steel extractor hood, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. Wide stone staircases lead to the upper floors with the bedrooms, bathroom, and playroom. The three bedrooms are furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed, a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed, and a 90 cm x 200 cm single bed. The bathroom features a spacious shower cubicle, a wide vanity with a vanity unit and wall mirror, a bidet, and a toilet. In the playroom, not only children will enjoy the pool table. A washing machine and a highchair for a child are available. Upon arrival, you'll find plenty of bed linens and towels provided, and reliable Wi-Fi access is also provided free of charge.
Your holiday villa is located approximately 650 meters from the sea and the nearest beach. The center of Podstrana is also about 600 meters away, where you'll find everything you need for your daily needs: shops, colorful markets, and a good selection of cafes and restaurants. The Mediterranean metropolis of Split, with its famous Diocletian's Palace, is about 7 km away and is definitely worth a visit for a fun-filled day trip.
