The holiday house is in the quiet Wendorf district and was completed in 2014.
There is a terrace in the garden with an outdoor grill, garden furniture and a lawn for playing and relaxing.
The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a living and dining room with a kitchen unit and a bathroom, while the two bedrooms are on the upper floor.
