Silver olives, not far from Arezzo. A characteristic and ancient farmhouse set on a hill and immersed in the silvery foliage of olive trees which create an enchanting and peaceful atmosphere. Situated between Arezzo and Castiglion Fiorentino it offers uncountable opportunities for visiting museums, monuments or simply for going shopping in the surrounding town centres.
The Arezzo Equestrian Centre is placed only 4 km away from the villa ant it hosts important and international events all the year-long.
The panoramic pool. In the large garden, only a few metres from the house, there is a beautiful swimming pool (5 x 10 m., depth 0,90-1,80 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) where children can play in absolute tranquillity and adults relax in the sun, admiring the beautiful view of the below valley.
Rustic but comfortable. The garden area, shaded by old trees and olive trees, is completely fenced and equipped with garden furniture, a small tree house for children, a wood burning oven and a barbecue. The furniture is rustic but comfortable and fits in well with the house style. GROUND FLOOR: by the pool, bathroom with shower and laundry. FIRST FLOOR: access via external stone staircase, large sitting-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR: access via wooden staircase, composed of single bedroom, double bedroom, small double bedroom and a bathroom with bath. EQUIPMENT: - Oven, fridge with freezer compartment, moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mixer, toaster - Washing machine, highchair, iron and ironing board, fans (3), hair dryer (1) - TV with SKY, Wi-Fi Internet access - Wood burning oven, barbecue INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09. Bed linen and bathroom towels (Initial Set). Swimming pool and garden maintenance. One baby bed and High Chair (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. Pets not allowed. NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. Obligatory final cleaning Euro 120. Heating Euro 7 per m3 (if used). Tourist tax Euro 3 per person per day applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay. It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.

Wir wussten das es ein altes Haus ist und es entspricht der Beschreibung. Ein paar Dinge kann man bestimmt verbessern, insbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche. Hier könnten ein paar Sachen ergänzt und ersetzt werden.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Olivo. Idéalement située pour visiter les magnifiques sites du sud de la Toscane et de l’Ombrie, la villa est très agréable et la piscine très appréciée par toute la famille. Accueil et service impeccable. N’hesitez pas à venir !
