On a hilly position not far from the village. Situated on a hill 2 km from the characteristic village of Castiglion Fiorentino and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, Villa Giotto is a beautiful villa where you will be able to spend comfortable and relaxing holidays.
The villa has just been restored and for the reconstruction have been used all natural and local materials such as travertine, terracotta, wood and lime plaster. Since no chemicals have been used in the restoration, guests will have the opportunity to spend a period of purification and in contact with nature.
Garden, infinity swimming pool and tennis court. All around the villa a large fenced garden of about 3,000 sqm. where there is a beautiful, completely enclosed, infinity pool (size mt. 6 x 12 - depth mt. 1.40 - open from 01st May to 30th September) with a corner with Jacuzzi,. The area is equipped with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas, a porch with table and benches and a wood oven and barbecue where you can cook pizzas, roasts and grills. The villa is pet friendly.
At guests' disposal also a private tennis court (size 18X36 mt.) which is located about 800 m. away from the villa and to be used in common with guests of three other villas: VILLA DEGLI OLIVI, COLLINA DEI FIORI and CASALE IL TRECENTO.
Furnishings and villa’s equipment. Villa Giotto is tastefully furnished with local antiques. Modern and comfortable, it maintains at the same time all the significant features of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse, ensuring, with the many facilities such as Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, a high level of comfort. The villa is suitable for disabled people.
