Central Protaras Holiday Villa Oceania is ideally located in the most affluent and quiet residential area of Protaras Center adjacent to Nausicaa Beach Hotel and just a couple of minutes' walk to Fig Tree Bay, a Blue Flag Beach and probably on of the best in Cyprus with crystal clear blue lagoon style waters and white sand.
The property is second line to the sea front and enjoys partial sea views both from the ground floor as well as from the bedrooms and the upstairs veranda. The Protaras Central Strip where all the hotels, restaurants, bars and shops are located is just around the corner within 5 minutes' walk.
On the first floor the property features the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and good sea view, a second double bedroom with part sea view, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom as well as a beautiful covered veranda with nice sea views. The ground floor features a spacious open plan living room with modern furniture, flat screen TV, dining table, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a guest WC. The large patio windows open up to join the interior with a semi covered wooden decked patio while the private pool is on the side of the house.
At the basement level there is also a washing machine and a mini fridge.
Oceania is fully equipped and airconditioned and offers private free high speed Wi-Fi internet and the outside patio area is decked and semi covered providing a comfortable sitting and sunbathing area complete with a dining table, sunbeds, parasol and a large pool.

Listed Prices include 350KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
