Bed linen and bathroom towels. Swimming pool and garden maintenance. One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. Wi-Fi not available. NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE: Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. Obligatory final cleaning Euro 160. Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 7 each per day. Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each. Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used). Equipement sommaire de la cuisine; présence des propriétaires pour des travaux de traitement chimiques des cultures pendant la présence des locataires.
Seulement quelques prises électriques et éclairages utilisables, la plupart n'étant pas alimentés.
L'attitude de l'agence de location qui a déclaré...

Podere molto bello in una posizione super comoda . Unica nota dolente , il costo del riscaldamento super eccessivo 6€ al mq , c’era scritto nella descrizione ma comunque non capisco perché così alto . Per il resto tutto perfetto

This was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip. The surroundings were beautiful and the hosts who only spoke Italian were absolutely lovely. We were about 15 minutes from Montepuciano in a quiet farm area. One night we had the hosts cook us an anniversary dinner for our friends which was so much fun. Highly recommended.
