Zur Ausstattung gehört eine hochwertige neue Einbauküche mit Kaffeepadmaschine, Wasserkocher und Spülmaschine. Zudem gibt es einen großen Balkon (ca. 12qm), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Stockbett. Zudem kann der große Garten mit Kinderspielplatz und Grillmöglichkeit mitgenutzt werden. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage erlaubt.
