It offers free Wi-Fi, a furnished terrace, free parking spaces including garage as well as a large garden. Villa Elsa offers a living space full of charm. There are 4 separate bedrooms with double beds as well as a passage room with high bed which is very suitable for young people. All bathrooms have a shower, WC and hairdryer. A bathroom has a bathtub. Towels and bed linen are provided. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven and freezer. The open kitchen goes into a large living / dining area. There is a couch incl. Flat screen TV. In the cellar there is a multi-purpose room with a flat-screen TV and a laundry room with a washing machine. A supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and cafes are within a radius of 600m. Differing cancellation conditions
Until 14 days prior arrival 60%; thereafter 90%. In case of a no-show 90% will be charged.

Tourist tax information
Please note that the prices do not include the visitor's tax, this is to be paid extra. The tourist tax is 1,00 EUR per person (from 12 years) per night, maximum 5 nights. Children under 12 years stay free of charge.
