Check-in and check-out regulation
Please contact your host in advance to inform him about your approximated time of arrival. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the key handover. Arrival is possible between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. or by arrangement. Departure between 07:00-10:00 or by arrangement.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

Description of the accommodation
Die Ferienwohnung ist 70qm groß und befindet sich in einem separaten Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Blick auf Bodensee und Alpen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Etagenbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke,TV und Essecke, eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Zum Haus gehört ein Grillplatz und Spielmöglichkeit für die Kleinen.
