This comfortable, 45-m², non-smoking apartment is situated in the popular Freiburg residential area of Stühlinger. The University Hospital and the main station are just a short walk away. The nearest tram stop is practically on our doorstep. Downtown Freiburg is just 10 minutes away on foot and Messe Freiburg is just 2.5 km away. Restaurants, small snack bars, an ice cream shop, bakeries, and other grocery stores are all in the immediate vicinity. While a visit to Freiburg's romantic Old Town is always worthwhile, the beautiful surroundings here also offer myriad opportunities for great excursions and recreational activities. Parking is available in the backyard and can be rented upon request.

Please contact the owner in advance to discuss the time of your arrival. Check-in is possible as of 3 pm, check-out until 11 am.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

Please note that the prices do not include the visitor's tax. Should a visitor's tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Description of the accommodation
ARRIVE & ENJOY! This cozy, 1-room, non-smoking apartment (ground floor, mezzanine) covers 45 m² and offers space for up to two guests. The beautiful living room/bedroom has a large double bed (180x200 cm), an extra-large flat screen, a dining table overlooking the Escholzstraße, and a small desk. A comfortable chair-bed (74x212cm) for children is also available. The separate kitchen with a small balcony is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter coffee), and kettle. Children up to 3 years of age are free of charge. A crib is available upon request. Fast Wi-Fi is available and free of charge! A parking space in the backyard can be booked upon request.
