Welcome to Bergseele Black Forest, your small, personally run hotel in Todtnauberg, located at an altitude of over 1,000 metres. Here you can experience the Black Forest at its best: peace, nature and far-reaching views all the way to the Swiss Alps.
Arrive, switch off and feel at home:
Our 13 rooms offer comfortable accommodation for a relaxing stay in the Southern Black Forest. The quiet location on the edge of the forest ensures peaceful nights and makes Bergseele an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions throughout the year.
In the morning, from 8:00 to 9:30 am, enjoy our breakfast buffet with delicious breakfast specialities and plenty of panoramic views.
After a hike, mountain bike tour or a day in the winter mountains, our Bergseele SPA with indoor pool, sauna and steam bath is the perfect place to relax. Bathrobes, sauna towels and cosy woollen blankets are provided in your room. Use of the SPA is included for our guests.
We currently do not offer dinner at the hotel. Restaurants in Todtnauberg can be found at www.todtnauberg.de or, for a wider selection in the surrounding area, at www.hochschwarzwald.de/gastronomie. We recommend making a reservation in advance, especially at weekends.
Numerous hiking trails and high-altitude routes start right outside our door. Mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing and many other activities are also available in the immediate area.
With the KONUS Guest Card, which you receive from just one overnight stay, you can use public transport throughout the Black Forest free of charge. The visitor's tax is already included in the room price.
Bergseele is also a popular destination for small groups, retreats, family celebrations and corporate events. When the entire house is booked exclusively, the whole Bergseele belongs to your group.
Please note that Bergseele does not have a lift and is not wheelchair accessible.
