Diese Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im Rheinland, bis ins Zentrum Leverkusens sind es nur etwa 5 Kilometer und bis in die Kölner Altstadt sind es nur 20 Kilometer. Besonders für Fußballfans ist die Ferienwohnung der ideale Ausgangspunkt, denn die BayArena des Vereins Bayer 04 Leverkusen befindet sich etwa 7 Kilometer entfernt. In fußläufiger Umgebung der Wohnung finden Sie außerdem verschiedene Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Außerdem erreichen Sie schnell mehrere Supermärkte in etwa 1,5 Kilometern Entfernung. Direkt neben der Wohnung, circa 200 Meter entfernt, befindet sich das Naherholungsgebiet Ophovener Weiher. Der nächste Flughafen ist der Köln Bonn Airport, welcher in 25 Kilometern zu erreichen ist.

Description of the accommodation
Das schöne 1-Zimmer-Apartment befindet sich im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses, hat eine Größe von 44qm und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Der Wohn- und Schlafraum ist zweckmäßig mit einem Esstisch, zwei Einzelbetten und einen nicht trennbares Doppelbett ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Fernseher und eine Couch, außerdem schließt sich direkt die Küchenzeile an. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen sowie einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet. In der Unterkunft gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Parken ist kostenfrei möglich.
