Information about the host
Our bright holiday flat is located in the middle of the island in a completely renovated old town house and directly on the lake, with a unique view of Lake Constance, the Bay of Bregenz and the surrounding mountain panorama from the Pfänder to Switzerland. There are many excursion possibilities in Lindau and the surrounding area. Historic towns, castles and palaces and numerous museums are well worth a visit. The flower island of Mainau with its marvellous flower landscapes is not to be missed. A beautiful view and a cool breeze await you on one of the many boat trips across Lake Constance.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Description of the accommodation
Die helle Licht durchflutete 60 qm große Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und befindet sich in der 2. Etage. ( ohne Lift) Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein gemütliches Doppelbett. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer bietet einen einzigartigen Blick auf den Bodensee, die Bregenzer Bucht und das umrahmende Bergpanorama vom Pfänder bis in die Schweiz. Die offene Küche die an den Wohnbereich angrenzt, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für gemütliche Kochabende benötigt. Das Badezimmer umfasst einen Handtuchtrockner, ein Waschbecken, eine Dusche sowie ein WC. Ein Telefon, kostenfreies W-Lan, 2 Fahrräder sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche stehen für Sie bereit. Die Endreinigung ist im Preis enthalten. Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen gegen Gebühr in der Nähe (Reservierung ist nicht erforderlich) zur Verfügung.
