Our house is situated in a sunny free position with a wonderful view to the Austrian and Swiss mountains, surrounded by meadows and fruit trees. The district Oberreitnau is 6 km away from the beautiful old town, the island of Lindau. The city bus stop with direct city bus connection to the island is only 5 minutes walk from the house. In 10 minutes walk you can reach the center of Oberreitnau.Let it go well and enjoy your free, common and precious days. We are looking forward to welcoming you in our house. In the summer months the nearby corn maze or the Ravensburger Spieleland offer a lot of fun for young and old. In the winter months there is also a lot to do. All skiing areas are very easy to reach from us, be it in the Allgäu, in Austria or in Switzerland.The highlight of our region is undoubtedly the Lake Constance island of Lindau - the so-called "happy end" of Germany. With its numerous cultural institutions (e.g. Lindau Art Museum, Lindau City Museum), events and constantly changing offerings of exhibitions, concerts and conferences, Lindau is the vibrant center of the district - easily accessible for you by the Lindau city bus. Further information about Lindau as well as the current weather can be found at www.lindau-tourismus.de. Something very unique and special is our Lindauer Hafenweihnacht. It is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets with many lovingly decorated stalls and an impressive backdrop of the harbor entrance, Lake Constance and the Alpine panorama. Shorten precious time until Christmas here. In the old town, in addition to the market, numerous stores invite you to a shopping tour. Check-in and check-out regulation
In the main season 01.04. - 31.10. arrival and departure is possible only on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Arrival is possible from 13:00 (key safe is available), departure is requested until 10:00. Thank you.

Differing cancellation conditions
Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before date of arrival; thereafter 90% of the booked travel price will be charged as cancellation fee.

Tourist tax information
The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

Important payment information and other conditions
The host will contact you regarding payment. A deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 14 days before arrival.
