Welcome to our new vacation apartments CHIEMSEE-LEBEN! Only 500 m from the shore of Lake Chiemsee, our three vacation apartments are centrally located in the picturesque village of Breitbrunn. With us you will find three spacious apartments with exclusive, high-quality furnishings with great attention to detail. Separate bedrooms with two bathrooms, large terraces for plenty of space to feel good. All our apartments are equipped with SAT-TV, W-Lan, telephone, hairdryer, cosmetic and hygiene products and a bathroom radio. All local attractions can be reached easily and quickly on foot. In addition, a fully automatic coffee machine, terrace with WEBER gas grill series Q, garage space, parking space for bikes and a recreation room with foosball (large FeWos) are available. You can also rent Stand UP paddleboards from us. As a welcome greeting, a fresh fruit basket and chilled drinks await you, so that your vacation can start perfectly.

Surcharge dog - please note. A dog costs 5 Euro day / dog. Please announce the dog in advance. Bringing a dog is only allowed in the apartments "Living" and "Enjoying".It is recommended to have a travel cancellation insurance when booking.CURBEITRAGE FROM 2023: The above prices are plus spa tax of 1.50 EUR per person/day for adults, children under 16 are exempt.

Arrival Description
A8 freeway Munich-Salzburg, exit Bernau, turn right direction Prien, in Prien in the center turn left direction Rimsting, at the traffic circle straight ahead. In Rimsting 1st exit direction Breitbrunn. In Breitbrunn approx. 100m after the place name sign you will reach your destination on the left hand side, in the left hand bend.

Description of the accommodation
The apartment "Leben" has 30 sqm and is located on the first floor with an outdoor seating area and barbecue facilities. It is divided into a living-dining kitchen, equipped with a high-quality Werkhaus kitchen with BORA induction hob, stainless steel worktops, oven and dishwasher (Sültabs and detergent incl.). In addition, a fully automatic coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Also basic spices such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc. are ready for you. A comfortable couch can easily be converted into an additional sleeping place. The extra bedroom is equipped with a double bed and in the bathroom with toilet, washstand, shower, towel dryer and radio you will find all the important hygiene items, such as hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. We are happy to provide coffee beans for a fee.
