Information about the host The Edenhofer family welcomes you to the vacation house Carina.
The former hand weaving mill has been lovingly transformed into a perfect vacation home for active or peace-seeking vacationers.
The ornamental garden, created with great attention to detail, welcomes you at any time of the year with its sea of flowers.
In addition to perennials and woody plants, you will also find a brick fountain, young fruit trees and a well-tended lawn.
Our guests can expect a newly designed house, which was carefully expanded in 2012 and 2018, taking into account ecological aspects.
The attics are built in wood post and beam construction and were insulated with wood fiber boards.With us works a sustainable, current wood pellet heating system, which provides warm rooms and hot shower water completely without fossil fuels.
On sunny days, the existing solar system also contributes to environmentally friendly water heating.A contemporary photovoltaic system supplies all apartments with green electricity during the day.
You can support us in reducing less environmentally friendly produced electricity by preferably running the dishwasher during the day.A vacation from the car is also conceivable when staying in our house.
This is made possible by the excellent rail connections( there are hourly trains to Munich and Salzburg) and the central location in the village (thermal spa and shopping within a few minutes walk).
For your brought bicycles is a large lockable Radlschuppen available.Our house guests receive in the Chiemgauer Weberei 10% discount on handwoven carpets and other woolly articles from the gift store in Ströbing 13.
During the usual opening hours may be gladly thrown a look into the production.
We also offer guided tours for groups on request.
Please note that our accommodation is only rented to vacation guests.
We ask for your understanding that renting to workers, mechanics, etc. is not possible. terms/extras The prices quoted are plus a tourist tax of EUR2.00 per person/night.
For families, the first and second person are charged EUR2.00 per day and the third person EUR1.00.
No tourist tax is charged for each additional family member.
Children aged 7-16 are also charged EUR1.00.
Children aged 0-6 are exempt from the tourist tax.

Kurzer Weg in Ortsmitte. Genug Lebensmittel Geschäfte. Gastronomie ist auch im Ort.
In der Ferienwohnung war die Kaffeemaschine schon sehr langsam. Brauchte 40 Minuten, und war relativ schnell kalt.
