Our cosy farmhouse is situated in a central, quiet and sunny location. Enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the Oberwössner mountains from the balcony.

Environment description
The house is the ideal starting point for mountain hikes, mountain bike tours, Nordic walking and to the surrounding bathing lakes. It is only a few kilometres to the well-known ski resort Reit im Winkl, to the ski paradise Winklmoos-Steinplatte and to the neighbouring Tyrol. In Oberwössen as well as in Reit im Winkl and the surrounding area you will find a wide network of prepared cross-country ski trails. There is also a toboggan run at your disposal.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults aged 16 and over. Children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1.00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.

Arrival Description
Coming from Munich, take the Bernau motorway exit, B305 towards Reit im Winkl, in Oberwössen turn left after the church.

Description of the accommodation
The flat is located on the 2nd floor and offers space for 6 people. It consists of a living room with couch set, cable TV, sitting area, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 plate electric cooker and oven-combination and dining table. One bedroom with double bed and washbasin, one bedroom with double bed (and enough space for a baby cot), one bedroom with single beds. As well as a bathroom with shower and toilet (additional sep. toilet on the 1st floor). From the balcony you can enjoy the sunset and the view of the surrounding mountains. Bed linen and towels are provided.
