The house is located in the heart of Bad Reichenhall, within walking distance you can reach the centre as well as the greenery, the directly neighbouring spa garden, parks and the Saalachauen. Should you wish to experience Bad Reichenhall from above, the local mountains are also within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet. Restaurants and cafes can be found in the nearby city centre.

From the motorway Piding start on Lattenbergstrasse to the southwest, follow the B 20 to Reichenhaller Str. in Bad Reichenhall, follow Reichenhaller Str./B20/B21, drive on Reichenhaller Str./B20/B21 and drive to Frühlingsstrasse.

We rent out a cosy basement flat in our "old" villa, which is located in the heart of the holiday and spa town of Bad Reichenhall (Kurzone 1). The flat has a size of 40 sqm and consists of a living/bedroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom. A large garden belongs to the villa, which is also available for use with pleasure. Parking spaces for cars and parking spaces for bicycles are available on the property. Despite the basement, the flat is bright and friendly due to the many windows. The flat is located in an "old villa", which is inhabited by the landlady and her family, so she can be contacted personally or by phone.
