Located in the beautiful neighbouring village of Entfelden, the "Schmankerl" holiday flat is on the second floor of a four-party house and offers space for a maximum of 4 people. Enjoy the proximity to nature and the magnificent view of the Bavarian Alps.
The modern living area radiates a pleasant living feeling and has a dining area and a large, cosy sofa corner. The new, fully equipped fitted kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. and leaves nothing to be desired. One of the bedrooms in the non-smoking flat has a comfortable double bed, while the other is equipped with a high-quality pull-out couch. If required, a toddler bed and a high chair are also available. The bright, large bathroom has a WC, shower and two washbasins. Two cosy balconies invite you to relax in sunny weather and offer a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Furthermore, a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player, Bose speakers, WLAN, a washing machine in the cellar, a drying room, a ski and bike shed, as well as a private parking space are available to our guests.
Thanks to the ideal location, you will find countless hiking, walking and cycling trails right outside the front door, including to the Walmberg. Cross-country skiers will also get their money's worth, as the well-maintained cross-country trails are only a few minutes' walk away. The traditional centre of Reit im Winkl invites you to linger with a variety of inns, cafés and small shops and is also within easy walking distance.

Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk „Bayerische Alpen“ zuzurechnen. By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohnbereich, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche/WC und zwei möblierten Balkonen mit wunderschönem Bergblick. Hunde sind in dieser Wohnung herzlich willkommen.
Die Wohnung ‚Schmankerl‘ wurde vor einigen Jahren renoviert, dabei wurden auch alle Möbel erneuert. Der moderne, hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnbereich strahlt ein angenehmes Wohngefühl aus und verfügt über einen Essbereich und eine große, komfortable Sofagarnitur. Die neue, vollausgestattete Einbauküche ist unter anderem mit Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. In einem der Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein bequemes Doppelbett, während das andere mit einem ausziehbaren Doppelbett ausgestattet ist. Bei Bedarf stehen auch ein Kleinkindbett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Das helle, große Badezimmer verfügt über WC, Dusche und zwei Waschbecken. Zwei gemütliche Balkone laden bei sonnigem Wetter zum Entspannen ein und bieten eine herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Zur Unterhaltung stehen unseren Gästen ein Flachbildfernseher, Blu-Ray-Player, Bose-Bluetooth-Lautsprecher und kostenloses WLAN zur Benutzung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, man fühlt sich wohl und ungestört. In 2 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der Ortschaft. Da gibt es einen guten Bäcker, der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat, einen Supermarkt und viele gute Restaurants.

Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. Da wir gerne spazieren, war es ein toller Weg in den Ort. Alles war ohne Probleme erreichbar. Es fehlte in der Wohnung nichts und wurde an alles gedacht. Für uns absolut empfehlenswert.
