Sunny, central location, yet quiet. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bank, hiking possibilities in the immediate vicinity, bus stop can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. You have a beautiful view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. Free parking space is 50 meters away. Distance to Salzburg about 15 km. Our house is located in the ski resort Oberau, the Roßfeld ski slope passes the house. Toboggan run and beautiful winter hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, baby lift and ski and snowboard schools are nearby. Sledges can be rented. Dogs up to 40 cm shoulder height are accepted! We are looking forward to welcoming you!

from the train station Berchtesgaden take the B305 direction Salzburg/Marktschellenberg, after about 5 km turn right into the B319 direction Oberau/Roßfeld, in the village Oberau after the HotelPost turn right into the "Mühlauer Freie", the name of our house is "Haus Florian".

Our small mansard apartment, consisting of 2 beds and nightstand in an alcove, corner bench, closet, chest of drawers with SAT TV.Window overlooking the garden and nature.Small kitchenette with sink, 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer and coffee maker. Bathroom with sitting bathtub, sink and toilet.The apartment is about 25 m² and can accommodate 2 people.
